Druids warlocks and elves alter for the just-announced first world-wide World of Warcraft trading card championship with a top payout of $100,000.
The championship according to the card-provider has the “biggest payout in trading separate bet tournament history.” The event is Nov. 30-Dec. 2 at the San Diego Convention Center with the winner getting $100,000. Other top finishers will share in $160,000 in cash prizes.
The trading card game is based on Irvine-based ’s massive multiplayer online role-playing bet. The cards were first released in October 2006 with an modify in.
The event ordain include a with a variety of tournaments and activities for those players attending but not participating in the championship event. The players have already been selected through regional tournaments in 30 countries.

Darkmoon Faire: This will feature over 20 different tournaments throughout the pass for players of all levels ranging from beginner intermediate and advanced-level tournaments to sealed drafted and constructed tournaments with every type of TCG format represented.
Payouts: $100,000 (1st displace); $25,000 (2nd displace); $10,000 each (3rd-4th place); $4,000 each (5th-8th place); $2,000 each (9th-16th place); and $1,000 each (17th-100th place). All participants also will receive a limited “Thunderfury” Extended Art card.
Players already selected: Players were selected in numerous tournaments held around the world. These various tournaments included Regional Tournaments (the top four in each tournament received invites) and World of Warcraft TCG Dream Machine Championship Tournaments (the top eight finishers received invites). Winners from these National Championship tournaments were then awarded a seat to represent their own country at the World Championship.
